Working in Partnership

 Succeeding Together

At Osbournby we value working in partnership with our parents, community and partnership schools to achieve the very best opportunities for our learners.

We are part of a collaborative partnership with 2 local primary schools - Billingborough and Navenby . Our core purpose is to work together to share good practice and improve outcomes for all our learners.

The partnership offers opportunities for our staff and pupils to work together and learn from each other. A robust Peer Review process supports school improvement and accountability.

KYRA Teaching School Alliance is a thriving group of Lincolnshire schools who are committed to working together to improving outcomes for children in our county. Osbournby's membership allows staff and governors to be part of a wider professional community and access to high quality professional development. There are also direct benefits to the children through participation in shared events.

Working in partnership with Carre's Sports Outreach offers a variety of sporting opportunities, coaching and professional development. Regular sporting fixtures mean that our pupils are able to take part in competitive games with children from local schools.

Twinning with Bass Valley Primary School, Australia.

Both schools share a connection with locally born, George Bass who discovered the Bass Strait between Australia and Tasmania.  Our schools are working together to enrich pupil’s learning and share best practice.
